We can build surprisingly realistic models of our designed products.
This is important for checking proportions and fineness.
For this we partially use rapid prototyping or CAD-mills with which we can generate exactly scaled models out of our CAD-data.

During the design process itself we also build small ergonomic or principle models to check the mode of operation.
